What is Yoga

 

Yoga ( in Sanskrit: योग ) is a gathering of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that began in India (Ancient).

Yoga is defined as a union: the union between the Limited self and the Divine Self.

In The Bhagwad Gita, the Yoga is defined as:

  • it is the remover of misery and destroyer of pain. Yoga is the supreme secret of life.
  • It is the tranquility of mind in success and failure.
  • Yoga is discretion in work.

Types Of Yoga

Hot Yoga

Yin Yoga
